NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Pleasant Hill will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on the 26th day of February 2019, in the City Council Chambers, 5160 Maple Drive, Pleasant Hill, Iowa, concerning a rezoning request from A-1 Agricultural to C-2 Regional Commercial for the property legally described as follows:

A PART OF GOVERNMENT LOTS 2 AND 3 IN SECTION 2. TOWNSHIP 78 NORTH, RANGE 23 WEST OF THE 5TH P.M. IN THE CITY OF PLEASANT HILL, POLK COUNTY, IOWA AND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
