Overview
Doanes Park, our oldest city park, serves our community with many nice features for passive recreation. This 43-acre community park is located on South Pleasant Hill Boulevard.
Shelter Reservation
The Doanes Park shelter is open on two sides, features two fireplaces, two outside charcoal grills, and three 20-amp electrical outlets. There are six 10-foot picnic tables. Shelters are on a first come first serve basis unless reserved. The cost to reserve a shelter is $40 per day. Full payment must be received to reserve a shelter.
