Craft & Chat - December 5th

Join us for monthly casual Craft & Chat! On the first Tuesday of each month, we will host two time slots for an adult craft. A daytime slot will take place at 11:00am and an evening at 5:30pm. Participants are encouraged to bring their current W.I.P.s (work in-progress) to show off and/or get feedback on. This month we will be decorating sugar cookies with supplies provided by Fareway.

Keeing it Reel - December 11th

Calling all cinephiles ages 14 and older! Join us for film club on the 2nd monday of each month at 7:00pm to discuss a different movie or documentary.

Meeting time will be dedicated to discussion. Participants should watch the month’s material prior to the event. The materials that will be selected will be PG-13, and, in the case of some documentaries, may be unrated. It is up to the participants discretion whether they choose to view and participate in discussion. All materials will be available for streaming through Kanopy or Hoopla. Both of these services are free with your Pleasant Hill Public Library card. Participants can reserve a time to watch the film in the library if needed and/or wanted.

This month we will be discussing The Lie Detector directed by Rob Rapley. This movie is available to stream for free with your Pleasant Hill Public Library card through Kanopy. Watch it here: https://www.kanopy.com/en/pleasanthill/video/13281489
