Library Cards
Residents of Pleasant Hill are welcome to apply for library cards. Cards are issued to all ages. Residents of rural Polk County and other communities may also get library cards. Your library card remains valid for three years and may be updated at any time.
You will need some form of ID such as a driver's license or Social Security card to become a member of the library. Checkout privileges for patrons with unpaid fines or overdue items may be restricted until the fines are paid or the items are returned.
